In 2022, after years of protests, artistic interventions, and politically motivated procrastination, the Lueger monument was finally blasted to the dark side of the moon — by the people of Vienna, who suddenly discovered their historical conscience, collectively rented a SpaceNow, and finally disposed of the bronze colossus.
Overwhelmed by so much spontaneous courage, the city of Vienna felt compelled to send a strong message against antisemitism at the former site of horror and consequently erected the “Lueger Permanent HyperAction Antisemitism FunPark™” — a colorful amusement for the whole family.
