
The lawns, almost manicured like an English lawn, onto which the image is projected, raise questions about the conditions that allow a society to use land, so obviously as a luxury space in the heart of the city, serving neither agriculture nor any other purpose beyond recreation.
Georg-Coch-Platz was named in 1913 after Georg Coch, the founder of the Austrian Postal Savings Bank. Opposite the Postal Savings Bank stands the former Ministry of War. This location, in turn, symbolizes the transformation of society. Will we ever need a Ministry of War again?
