In the contemporary context ofpost capitalistic financial systems and politics, reterritorialization still seems like a formative influence. The introduction of digital technologies, global financial networks and neoliberal policy have formed spatial configuration and power structures constantly. Space is increasingly formed by monetary streams, speculative investitions and algorithmic decision making, which in turn constantly redraws the boundaries between private and public spheres. These reterritorialized spaces in the postcapitalistic landscape show complex dynamics of inclusion and exclusion, while financial power is consolidated and shapes political landscapes. The intertwining of political interests with financial elites leads to new forms of governance, and therefore often only responds to the interests of a few privileged groups. At the same time, marginalized communities are put in front of hard realities of displacement, spatial segregation and social injustices, which are exacerbated by those power structures.
